Showcase were appointed to work on this project as the FF&E Consultant, providing furniture selection, procurement and supply for the 6th floor.


Showcase were tasked with proposing suitable furniture for classrooms, staff office spaces, library, breakout, reception & kitchen areas. Having specified a multitude of options we had numerous consultations with the stakeholders to reduce the options down to a shortlisted specification. We then arranged for various showroom visits so the client could test the products and gain reassurance of the quality of the proposed items. Once the final product list was agreed we then had a workshop to go through fabrics and finishes and orders were placed in time to assure the timescales were adhered too. Final shop drawings were produced by Showcase design team and the delivery and installation period was over a two-week period in total and was project managed to insure a smooth installation process.

Showcase specified a multitude of options to stakeholders to ensure that products were within budget and met the aesthetics of the look and feel document. Showcase Design team ensured all product blocks would work with the space and project manager & account managers saw the project through to completion.
