The London College of Fashion East Bank campus has received major recognition in 2025. The project has already won both a RIBA London Award 2025 and a RIBA National Award 2025. It has also been shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize 2025, sponsored by Autodesk. The RIBA Awards are one of the UK’s most prestigious architecture prizes, celebrating the very best in design and innovation.

Showcase PSR is proud to have supported UAL and the London College of Fashion on this landmark development. Our work spanned 15 floors of teaching spaces, breakouts, a library, a café, and outdoor terraces. We provided consultancy, design, and delivery services, from teaching stations and reception counters to specialist facilities. Through careful project management and close collaboration, every space was delivered on time and ready for students.

The London College of Fashion East Bank campus brings together an institution that was previously spread across six different sites. The result is a single, purpose-built home designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, and learning. Showcase PSR helped create functional interiors, flexible layouts, and vibrant social areas, ensuring the building works for both students and staff.
